These pens have risen dramatically in the USA, making sourcing them overseas a better financial proposition. ChatGpT alerted me to this store, and after thoroughly checking them out, I decided to purchase. The pen arrived quickly, though I would suggest they drop DHL as a carrier, as they particularly suck at deliveries to my home. I was also a bit surprised that no cartridge was included with the pen. However, overall the transaction succeeded, the pen arrived in perfect condition, works well (luckily I had a cartridge), the only caveat was the $67 in customs duty extracted by our idiot President to satisfy his misguided political extortion. Overall, I saved $280 over a comparable American retailer.
I love this pen! Beautiful color, and it writes so smooth. Excellent service, too: my pen seemed to ship almost immediately after my order was placed. I’m in the United States, and I’ve never had a package from Europe get to me so fast. Highly recommend.
This Momento Zero Grande 2.0 is very comfortable comfortable in the hand. The Guilloche pattern is very tactile and pleasant to the touch. The cap threads are the smoothest I've ever seen in a resin body. I believe this may be thanks to the particular resin that what used for this collection. The stainless steel nib is the juiciest I've ever seen in a pen right out of the box.
This MZG 2.0 is smaller than my regular MZG. I don't know if this is always the case or if this is particular to this Guilloche collection.
A phenomenal pen, wonderful balance from the material choices with the weight leaning slightly to the front. Great ink flow though I have no doubt an ebonite feed would have improved it. Arrived with quite a scratchy extra fine but I sorted that with little effort and honestly there is simply no beating the unique filling system or the absolutely perfect engineering and tolerances evident in Roy’s creation. Puts all else to shame (except maybe Gravitas of course).
