Gravitas - Dinkey is a combination of its pocket-sized form scaled down to that of a quark. Refined and practical - the Dinkey consists in the sum of lessons learned throughout the years from previous models of Gravitas and brings out the very best in design, choice of materials and craftsmanship.

The fountain pen is small, portable, and handy, placing emphasis on the material from which it is made. It showcases a unique range of materials and finishes that, up until now, have not been offered in the Gravitas lineup. Machined from Grade 5 Titanium and coated in titanium silicone nitride (TiSiNx) its section is adorned with micro-machined grooves ensuring a secure grip during every writing session.

The Dinkey inner cap comes lined with Delrin insert in order to prevent scratches from posting, the section is made from Stainless Steel 304, sporting an o-ring at the threading point with the barrel, it takes small Standard International ink cartridges.

The writing point of the Dinkey is a Gravitas #6 steel nib, available in extra fine, fine, medium, and broad options, powered by a generic plastic feeder. The perfect blend of style and functionality in a slim and small size.

Wonderful pen, wonderful service

The Leonardo DNA pen is amazing, and it was made better by a personal note and some nib tuning fy Pen Venture. I'm impressed with the service and care, and will be back again when the pen-acquisition-itch hits! Thank you so much!

A wonderful pen, but…

This pen is beautifully crafted and has a remarkable filling system that is a joy to use and holds a remarkable 4.0ml of ink. The nib writes very smoothly but…skips a bit and even occasionally railroads. I’ve cleaned the pen thoroughly, tried different inks, and even tried a wetting agent (White Lightning). These have helped some, but not eliminated the problem. I honestly am a bit disappointed. Perhaps PV will get back to me with a solution.

Perfect in Every Way

This is my second Gravitas pen. The Monster was my first one first. Pen Venture's customer service is fantastic! Processing and Shipping were fast with no problems. The pen itself is great. Very well made. Fit and finish are exacting. The BROAD nib is super juicy and lays down a thick, commanding, wet line. Perfect for signatures and list making. The nib came perfectly tuned. Emy's high-quality videos really helped me to decide on the purchases.
