Leonardo Momento Zero - Horn Resin

I would like to compliment Pen Venture for its excellent service and speedy delivery. It took only 2 days for them to arrange air-freight delivery to me in Singapore! The handwritten note was also a nice touch!

Great pen

This is a beautiful pen. As so often, the photographs don't do complete justice to the depth and variations of color when the light shines on the resin. It's comfortable in the hand and so smooth to write with. The flow is consistent and generous. It's a sensory pleasure to sue this pen. The customer service from Emy and his team is unbeatable. I received the pen in the US by express courier in only a few days. Enclosed with the pen was a handwritten, personal letter from Emy. He tunes every nib before it is shipped to ensure it is working perfectly. I will definitely be purchasing many more pens from Pen Venture.

I purchased the Leonardo Momento Zero in Horn with a fine nib. My favorite nib is the Pilot 743 14k FM and this one is on the mark!! The nib is - to my eye - identical in size and offers a wonderful writing experience for a steel nib. It has just a little "bounce". I am so impressed. Even more, though, I am thoroughly impressed with Emi's customer service! He tested the nib before he shipped it and I'm telling you it writes flawlessly!! I have plenty of boring Pilot's - because they write so well. But, this beautiful Leonardo Memento Zero is right there with the writing experience too. I'm getting a nice line on the paper with a wet, consistent ink flow. No complaints at all! This will quickly become my everyday pen! I actually purchased an extra medium nib too, just in case, and Emi tested that one for me as well. I slipped that into the "Hawaii" I already own and it writes beautifully. My pen was shipped ASAP and arrived in the US in just two days. A little hang up for me in the distribution center or I would have had it even sooner. Awesome customer service will have me back.
