Herbin - Les encres 1670 - Rouge Hematite 50ml Fountain Pen Ink

The 1670 Inks Collection, launched in 2010, commemorates Jacques Herbin's 340th anniversary and the founding of Jacques Herbin company in Paris.

The collection comprises 7 unique vegan ink shades with gold shimmer, made from plant-based dyes.

The first color in this series is Rouge Hématite, also known as Scarlet Red, reminiscent of the wax seal color used in royal courts across Europe. Infused with golden reflections and a green-gold sparkle, it also evokes the image of the gemstone it's named after: red hematite.

Wax seals on the bottle caps and fronts are hand-applied in France.

Due to the shimmer particles, ink flow may be limited in some pens. Shake well before use, roll the pen frequently, and clean your pen after use to prevent clogging.
